At BEAH, our philosophy on food is simple, use fresh produce - whether its fish (delivered daily from Helston & Looe) - meat (100% traceable from local butchers who keep their own farm) - dairy products (using only free range eggs from Glastonbury) - & vegetables from a local supplier although we can’t guarantee that our fruit hasn’t gained a few air miles! Our menu changes regularly and is heavily influenced by Noureddine’s experience cooking at top eateries around the world, therefore you are likely to see a wide range of Mediterranean & British ‘fusion’ food. |

We recognise that particularly in the current economic climate our customers (and potential customers) are discerning diners but also cost conscious, therefore we have devised a two course £12 menu available from Monday – Thursday evenings only which ensures you can even have a relaxed, leisurely dinner mid-week for the price of a takeaway! |

We don’t do sandwiches! But we do have wonderful ciabattas filled with chicken & sweet chilli, salmon with a caper mayonnaise or a really popular brie & cranberry along with homemade falfafel and so much more. Great for a quick pick me up before returning to the office, or, with a glass of house Merlot a more leisurely opportunity to catch up with friends. |

From 10am you can catch the aroma of our freshly brewed Carwadines coffee which is irresistible with a toasted tea cake or perhaps one of our homemade cakes (all made with local, free range ingredients) of course we also have great cappuccinos, lattes or even a ‘buzzing’ double espresso! For a more substantial meal our full English breakfasts are bound to set you up for the day (there is a veggie option too) or for a lighter meal, how about scrambled eggs and smoked salmon or an omelette? We serve all our breakfasts until 11.45am so you don’t have to be an ‘early bird’! |
